ANTIOX AG NPF – passivation for silver, gold, cooper, brass

Characteristics and performace:

• Chemical conversion of the deposit without color change
• Suitable for pure metals and electroplated
• Exceptional resistance for silver to sulphurous atmosphere
• Completly free from nonylphenol derivates according to ED 2003/53/CE
• It can be used on electric contacts, it does not change the silver deposits electric conductivity and weldability
 
 

CUBRAC 660 – Acid, bright cooper process

Characteristics and performance:

• Excellent levelling power and deposit rate
• Easy to manage
• No grains even on thick deposits
• Better tolerance to high temperature
• Very bright and ductile deposits whatever current densities
 
 

SILKEN – plating on plastics

Characteristic and performance:

• Dedicated for ABS, ABS-PC, PP and PA
• Surface are less rough: need of less Pd
• Less content of CrO3 compare conventional proces
• 7 time less Pd compare convetional proces
• Economical proces
 
 

ENOVA – electroless nickel process

Characteristics and performance:

• Easy to manage
• This process does not contain lead or cadmium and meets the requirements
of the End-of-Vehicle Life Directive.
• Long bath life 10 MTO on steel and 4 – 6 MTO on aluminium
• Average plating speed during the bath lifetime 20 µm/h
 
 

ANTIMOUSSE TE 11 – organic defoamer

Characteristics and performance:

• Has no influence on properties of waste water
• Easy to manage
 

 

LANTHANE TR 175 – silver passivation with nano particles

Characteristics and performance:

• High corrosion resistance
• Good resistance against mechanical damage during handling, transport and assembly.
• Low process temperature 30°C
• Contains no organic acids
• Economical due to low consumption and long bath life
• Easy waste water treatment
 
 

LANTHANE 316 – new economic thick layer passivation for zinc

• Low working temperature (20 – 30°C), optimum 25°C
• Cr6+ free passivation
• Low Cr3+ concentration in the bath
• Less chromium in waste water treatment

• Based on trivalent chromium
• Colour of the deposit similar to the conventional deposit of Cr6+
• Only for the decorative application, not for hard chromium
• Without burning effect on high c. d.
• Better throwing power, higher plating speed
• No influenced by eventual current cutoff
