Complaints Procedure

If you believe that the goods were delivered with defects in quantity or quality, DONAUCHEM, s.r.o. allows you to submit a complaint or claim. We will review it with professional care on our side or with the manufacturer of the delivered goods.

Our goal is always to identify the cause of the complaint or claim, and, if justified, to implement corrective measures so that we continuously improve the quality of our services and delivered goods.

In the event of a claim, please proceed in accordance with the Complaints Procedure.
